What is time worth? It's easy to find out; just ask.

Value of a year: ask a student that failed final exam

Value of a month: ask a mother who gave birth to a premature baby

Value of a week: ask an editor of a weekly newspaper

Value of a day: ask a migrant worker that receives his pay everyday

Value of an hour: schedule a visit with your lawyer

Value of a minute: ask someone that just missed a bus

Value of a second: ask someone that was just in an accident

Value of a millisecond: ask someone that just won the silver medal

Random thoughts

When the sun rises on the African plain, the antelope wake up and know they must run faster than the fastest lion or they will be killed.

Meanwhile, on another side of the plain, the lion wakes up knowing that it must run faster than the slowest antelope or the entire pride will starve.

The moral of the story: It doesn't matter where you live, or what you are, but when the sun comes up, you'd better be running!
